Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are warmly welcomed in our museum. This includes official guide dogs for the blind, service dogs, autism assistance dogs, and buddy dogs for individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). To ensure a smooth visit, it is important that:
- The dog is clearly identifiable as an assistance dog, also to other visitors.
- The visitor carries an identification card from the dog training organisation.
- The dog is always kept on a short lead.

There is a staffed reception desk. It is 116 cm high; there is no lowered section. There are various seating areas throughout the museum, some without armrests and back support.

In the Museum café, you order and pay at the counter. Food and drinks are served to your table on request.

Accessible parking
If you have a European Parking Card or Disability Card, an accessible parking space is available on the museum grounds. Advance reservation is required by calling +31 (0)13-53 53 935.
