COMING SOON: Comedy Wildlife Awards 2025

The comical wildlife photos of the Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards are on display in the Netherlands exclusively in Natuurmuseum Brabant. Each year, a jury of photographers and wildlife professionals selects 40 finalists from thousands of entries from all over the world. Pure nature and always good for a smile!
How it started
Nature photographers Tom Sullam and Paul Joynson-Hicks discovered that they regularly, unintentionally, captured funny situations. The pair saw the opportunity for an annual photo competition to raise awareness of conservation in a positive way. And it worked! The Comedy Wildlife Awards celebrated their first ten years in 2025.
Support nature conservation
All the photos in this exhibition are for sale. With the revenue, the Comedy Wildlife Awards support the Whitley Fund for Nature, a charity that supports conservationists worldwide. Part of the revenue also goes to the museum’s nature programmes that are offered to children in various neighbourhoods in Tilburg.
