About the workshop and the instructor
Have you ever wondered which hawk, eagle or falcon you see when you're driving down the road? In this workshop, you'll learn to identify birds of prey in flight based on various recognisable characteristics such as anatomy, flight style, behaviour and more. You will also learn how to keep field journals of birds of prey and even how to make a miniature paper bird of prey in full flight (with the correct markings, of course).
Participants will learn how to draw from observation and what characteristics to look for when identifying different species of birds of prey.
